Infiberone’s exhibits were mainly series 100G QSFP28 passive cables, which is in line with the standard of IEEE802.3bj 100GBASE-CR4, and its transmission distances are 1m, 3m and 5m respectively.
The major technological difficulties of 100G DAC are welding and wire stripping. Its mass production has always concerned this industry because only difference of 0.2mm can cause exceeding parameter S. In order to ensure enduring performance and systematic stability, 100GBASE-CR4 also introduces the indexs of Channel Operating Margin. Infiberone started to research and develop 10G/40G DAC in 2011.
